I am Michael Orndoff, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 4 years of experience in the field of Social Work. I am passionate about helping adults, adolescents, and couples manage their unique challenges in daily life. I specialize in relationship issues, depression, career concerns, anger management, building self-esteem, and parenting concerns. I completed my Master's Degree in Social Work from Norfolk State University and my Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Virginia Wesleyan University.
My professional experience has helped me learn how to develop and implement treatment approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and person-centered therapy (PCT).
