Some common challenges that I work on with clients include: life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, perfectionism, attention, addiction, losses, depression, trauma, existential fears, political concerns, economic pressure, and identity.
As we get to know each other, we will draw from a variety of approaches based on what makes sense for you. Therapy is best when it is collaborative. One size does not fit all!
