I specialize in anxiety, trauma, PTSD, phobias, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I also assist individuals with a wide variety of other issues including overcoming loss, coping with stress, relationship issues, setting goals, emotional difficulties, and finding healthier ways of living.
I have training in the use of eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), an effective treatment for trauma, PTSD, phobias, and anxiety.
