I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating chronic illness, anxiety, depression, infidelity, trauma, grief, perinatal mental health, and relationship issues.
Persons and couples of all genders, sexualities, relationship-type, racial and ethic backgrounds will be honored and respected here. I utilize evidence-based modalities including: Psychodynamic, EMDR, ACT, Mindfulness and The Gottman method. I have completed the PSI Maternal Mental Health Certificate training course.
