I started my private practice in 2021 after years of education/training in psychology and counseling with a desire to help people who are hurting. I work with adults and couples through a multifaceted approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Gottman Method, and Relational Life Couples Therapy.
