I am a licensed Psychologist who works with children, teens, and young adults. I offer therapy (in person and virtually) and evaluation services. I have several specialty areas, including anxiety, OCD, depression, anger, inattention, disruptive behavior, aggression, and social skills. I have unique specializations in working with families with young children (3-5 years) and supporting youth with bullying experiences.
For therapy, I offer consultations (3 or fewer sessions), short-term therapy (around 4-10 sessions), and long-term therapy. For evaluations, I conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments for youth (6-18 years of age).
I have a calm presence, and I’m pretty fun too! I’m committed to using evidence-based therapies, while personalizing treatment to meet families’ unique needs. I almost always involve parents in the therapy process to help families get as much as they can from the experience. I also regularly coordinate care with clients’ schools and colleges.
