I work with people facing ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, and life transitions. My work is rooted in Narrative Therapy. I also use cognitive approaches (how we think about the stories we tell ourselves) and solution-oriented practices. I invite mindfulness to help the work take root and support the agency you reconnect with as we go.
