I find joy in truly listening and connecting with clients, and I love learning about people’s experiences both inside and outside of session. I also enjoy sports, cooking, visiting museums, and trying new restaurants, which helps me stay balanced and connected to life outside of work.
To me, therapy is a supportive relationship where you can feel accepted and free from judgment. There's nothing wrong with you and you don't need to be fixed. Instead, therapy provides the space to slow down, sort through your thoughts, and discover new ways forward with guidance and encouragement.
