I believe that psychotherapy can facilitate gaining a better understanding of ourselves, helping you to become more resilient and improve your sense of self. My way of working not only includes reducing the symptoms that brought you into therapy, it aims to understand the underlying causes of them. Starting from a framework that emphasizes a compassionate and collaborative relationship, our work will provide the space for you to explore and recover from the concerns that brought you into psychotherapy.
My training has been generalist, meaning that outside of my specialty of helping those struggling in relationships, I also have experience treating a wide range of difficulties. I have particular experience in group therapy, helping us not only understand ways in which we relate to others, but safely explore new more authentic and meaningful connections.

Interpersonal Process Group
The groups I run are all called Interpersonal Process Groups. This means that what brings people to my groups is interest and desire in further understanding and growing in how we relate to others. And the goal of the group is to do this in what is called the “here and now” process, or rather, understand ourselves in relation to others as we relate to the other members in the group.
