Struggling with trauma, anxiety, or overwhelming emotions? Recovering from difficult experiences can be exhausting and stressful. With training in EMDR therapy, I am here to support you in processing trauma, managing anxiety, and finding healing.
Acknowledging the uniqueness within each person, I adopt a holistic strategy to customize therapy. Together, we'll create a cooperative strategy, incorporating EMDR and various evidence-supported techniques to promote emotional well-being.

Most men desire to be emotionally healthy but lack the skills and motivation to get there. We are here to help. With a combination of psycho-education, in-session modeling, and interpersonal processing, we will work to help you meet your goals and live an emotionally healthier life. ---Group will be led by Licensed Residents in Counseling, Andy Hart and Michael Fahmy---Groups will meet across 13 weeks in person-Beginning January 2026.
