My practice is very simple. I help individuals, families and couples get unstuck, find new options, and engage their inner strength and creativity in the pursuit of a more authentic lifestyle and more fulfilling relationships. My primary focus is working with couples and families who are seeking new ways to address old issues or looking to gain the skills needed to get on the same page.
I specialize in Family, Couples, and Children's Therapy. I have advanced training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Advanced Clinical Hypnosis (Erickson Foundation), and Emotionally-Focused Couple Therapy (EFT). I also have associates under my direct supervision that provide the highest quality services if I am unable to fit you in my schedule.
My background makes me unique among therapists. I am a United States Army veteran and a professional musician/ educator who believes very strongly in providing non-pathologizing care for my clients, regardless of their context. I prioritize creativity and humor in my work and seek to make therapy an enjoyable experience for all of my clients!
