About
If you are anxious, struggling to focus, overwhelmed by school or work, or frustrated by family, I am trained to help. As a therapist, I can share with you techniques to manage anxiety, overcome past & present challenges, connect more authentically with others, and identify skills that will help you succeed in school, work and life. My job is to listen to you and help you where you feel stuck. I will help you set goals, and provide you with techniques to try in your life. Together, we will find a balance of insights & skills that work for you.
I have 28 years of experience and will use a variety of therapeutic approaches to help you succeed, including cognitive-based therapy (CBT), collaborative problem solving, psychodynamic therapy, and solutions-focused brief therapy.
My office is in downtown Boston, 1 block from the T and the park. I invite you to contact me for a free phone consult. Finding the right therapist can be hard.
