About
I love working with a person who is motivated to find solutions to their problems and believes that the process of change is possible. I have worked primarily with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have had success in helping to treat sexual compulsion, impulse control problems, grief and loss, behavioral issues, anger management, depression, trauma based problems, anxiety and other issues. I also have worked with spiritual issues and can provide Christian based treatment if requested. My office setting provides a safe space for people to come in and open their heart and mind in the session(s).
I use an integrated approach and am well versed in using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, attachment theories, and rational emotive therapy. I have specific training in trauma based therapy, marriage/couples counseling, sexual compulsion, and life coaching. In 2014, I received a certification to treat sexual addictions.
My practice promotes mental, physical, spiritual, and social health. I am motivated to connect with other professionals in the community to help with a person's holistic health. You will always have my full attention and my heart is into all people I work with. I promise to provide compassion and a non-judgmental approach to your issues.
