Using a systemic therapy approach I assist my clients in reevaluating past and present challenges so they may move successfully through transitional periods of life into a happy, balanced future.
I encourage a holistic approach towards wellness. It is my goal to assist and support you on your journey to wellness while providing you with the tools and knowledge necessary for change.
