Together we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck, reduce emotional distress, improve communication and intimacy, and help you become responsive rather than reactive. I combine talk therapy with Brainspotting or EMDR to help you heal from difficult experiences, strengthen your relationships, and move forward with greater confidence. I’ve worked in sexual health since 2010 and completed 165 hours of sex therapy training through Michigan State University, giving you specialized expertise.

My approach is collaborative and focused on helping you understand your internal experience. I specialize in trauma work and sex therapy. We explore how thoughts, emotions, and physical responses connect and influence behavior and intimacy using Brainspotting, EMDR, and talk therapy.

I work with adults navigating trauma and sexuality in an LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirming space. Many challenges are connected, even if they do not seem that way at first.
