I integrate EMDR, Brainspotting, and clinical training in sexual health with years of direct, sustained practice. My approach is structured and physiologically grounded, treating the body as much as the mind. I integrate EMDR, Brainspotting, sensory science, nutrition from my BS/MS in dietetics, and insight from my own sensory intimacy workbooks. Together, we process what happened and build real, lasting new ways to relate.
I work with adults navigating trauma, sexuality, identity, and religious trauma, with real, particular experience with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients. You do not need to spend therapy explaining or defending who you are. We can focus on what brought you here and the changes you want to make.
