I have worked extensively with individuals facing complex emotional and relational challenges, including narcissistic and borderline personality dynamics.
I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Substance Abuse Studies), and a Bachelor of Science in Substance Abuse Counseling from the University of Cincinnati. I also serve on the Board of Directors for the American Foundation for Addiction Research (AFAR), helping to advance evidence-based treatment and research.
