I enjoy my work. It is an honor to help others move through their struggles into a better place. I try to be real with my clients in helping them see their true potential and abilities. That is the point when change happens.
There are a few areas where I specialize, they are marriage and family relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma from abuse or old unresolved issues, self-esteem issues and other areas that may not be listed.
I have been trained in EMDR (Part I and II), which is a specialized treatment of trauma/anxiety which is very effective (80%). It helps to soften the lingering pains of the past. It also helps relieve anxiety of unreasonable fears that can be overwhelming.
