Hello, welcome to my site! I know that these are challenging times. Consequently, you may be experiencing anxiety, stress, or worry? Maybe you feel discouraged and depressed, or are having difficulty managing relationships with people close to you? If you are ready to make positive, healthy changes in your life, I can help. I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to change. Concerns I most often work with are anxiety (general worries, fears, and panic), depression, low self-esteem, coping skills, and communication struggles.
Do not let emotional and mental pain be a barrier to future fulfillment. Take the courageous step and ask for help. As a licensed Psychologist, who specializes in the use of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, my approach is short-term, evidenced based psychotherapy. The aim is to help change self-defeating thinking and behavior needed to improve life.
Dr. Morrow is a Diplomat of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. He is past-Chief of the Psychology Department at Ventura County Medical Center and served as a Senior Psychologist for Ventura County Behavior Health. Previous clinical experiences also include St. John's Hospital-ADHD Clinic in Santa Monica, Family Stress Center, and Juvenile Justice Department.
