I specialize in providing therapy to men for a variety of issues. This includes all men, straight or gay. Relationship issues, anxiety & mood issues, and chronic illnesses are common problems in my practice. This can also include rebuilding after a painful divorce process. Having good relationship skills whether at home or work is an increasingly important skill to have in order to function well.
I also work with men and women who are struggling with anxiety or work related stress. Anxiety can be particularly debilitating and therapy can alleviate stress and anxiety allowing for greater quality of life. Treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Mindfulness, and Somatic interventions.
My therapy approach is rooted in being caring and compassionate, providing the personal safety to explore issues in a truthful manner. With over twenty years of experience helping individuals, I work to provide the best fit that achieves inner growth and progress.
