I enjoy working with clients to address various challenges including sexual addiction, infidelity, communication issues in relationships, boundaries, work issues, anger management, and other challenges. In my more than 20 years of practice, I have found that I especially love working with individuals with sexual behavior issues and couples at any stage of their relationship. I also enjoy doing Christian counseling with individuals and couples who are seeking it to overcome the challenges they are facing. While I primarily work with adults, I have also worked with teens.

Often the challenges we face can be clarified from viewing them from different perspectives. I tend to use cognitive behavioral techniques with clients in a direct, but supportive fashion. I use humor in sessions and work toward goals that you have identified. Establishing and effectively using healthy relationships is a key to achieving our goals.

I love the work that I do and count it a privilege to help people achieve their goals. Every person has value, purpose, and an ability to change. There is always hope and a potential for restoration. Seeing clients address their challenges is very rewarding and I am grateful to be a part of that process.
