Life can be really difficult, and we all go through similar struggles, some obviously more challenging than others. It is my goal to help you meet your goals and find that light inside of you that may be burning out or may have gone out years ago. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, I am committed to empowering individuals to overcome challenges, find resilience, and achieve personal growth.
I am comprehensively trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and actively working towards certification. In addition, I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) in practice, tailoring treatment plans to best meet the needs of each individual.
I have been told I possess a remarkable ability to connect with people, fostering an environment of trust and support. I believe it is important to create a safe space for individuals to express themselves and embark on their healing journey through being kind, humorous, easy to talk to, and non-judgmental.
