I help with emotional distress and how it affects people personally and relationally. Most of my clients are struggling with symptoms of depression or anxiety, yet deeply believe in the possibility of a more energetic, colorful life with meaningful relationships.

I work with my clients on: gaining objectivity and agency and feeling less swallowed up by the pressure of life; becoming more calm, confident, and less confused in relationships; understanding and better managing intense emotions; defining and enacting personal values and virtues in all areas of life.
I have 2 goals in therapy: be real and be helpful. Give me a call and let's discuss how I might be helpful to you.
