I'm deeply committed to the simple things that make therapy rewarding. I want people to leave my office feeling like they're important and worth being understood. Most of my clients are struggling with depression, anxiety, or a feeling of being stuck and frustrated in life. Together, we will work on gaining self-knowledge, improving functioning in life, and becoming more connected to what really matters to you. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my primary focus is on pain and healing in the context of relationships - with others and yourself.

I've been married 18 years and have 2 kids. I continue to work on myself and my relationships in order to be fully available for my clients.
