About
All of us deserve the kind of life we desire even if that may seem beyond reach. I work with a range of emotional and behavioral issues using Cognitive therapy and Expressive arts therapy techniques. The communion of these therapies is enlightening and empowering leading to the discovery of novel solutions for issues that may presently be robbing you of happiness and meaning in your life. I provide counseling adults at Psych Pointe of FL. Please call the office for an appointment. Psych Pointe is a psychiatric practice with services for children, adolescents, and adults. We have immediate availability for appointments.
Cognitive techniques are useful for gaining understanding of current problems, developing new ways of viewing them, and devising more adaptive ways for dealing with them. Expressive therapy is the use of art, music, role-play, imagery, etc that enables unconscious memories and feelings to become conscious and accessible allowing healing to take place.
We all have the capacity for creating a better version of us. Our situation in life does not have to define us or control us. Let's work together to find solutions that work for you. Board Certified Licensed Mental Health Counselor; Board Certified Registered Art Therapist; Expressive Therapist; Substance Abuse Counselor. Veteran.
