I work with individuals struggling with difficulty regulating their emotions, trauma, depression, anger and anxiety and other issues. I am trained in EMDR for Trauma, Dialectical Behavior Therapy for emotional regulation and Radically Open DBT for anxiety, perfectionism, emotional loneliness, managing OCD and Eating disorders.
I work in an authentic collaborative style. Helping you navigate having more of the life you want.
