My clinical approach is integrative, drawing from both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). However, I will implement other approaches according to the needs of my clients.
My passion is to help each individual achieve their desired goals and reach their full potential.
