I help children and adults understand and heal from trauma and anxiety. Trauma can be complex, painful and difficult to navigate alone. It may often feel like things will always be the way they are now. In the counseling process, we will work together to understand trauma, its effects, and what we can do to make changes that work for you and your family. Once we learn about trauma, we then build on your strengths and face the fear together to make the changes you want to make.
Anxiety can be overwhelming and makes it challenging to ask for help when we need it the most. As we work together, we'll spend time understanding anxiety, its role, and taking back control as you decide what you want to do when anxiety is overwhelming.
