Hello! I've been in practice for twenty years. It's an honor being part of other people's growth, working together to heal, transform, and soar. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I'm particularly fond of working with adolescents. I love their spirit and high hopes. Marriages and families face so many challenges, and it's very rewarding to help heal what's broken. Couples and families struggle to maintain their balance is this demanding world. The love that unified them at the start, often gets lost amid the turmoil of life. It's so fulfilling to help them find their way back. It's especially satisfying to help adolescents overcome their pain.
I often give 'homework assignments' as a means of extending the therapy hour. It's not very time consuming, and it can be very productive. I schedule myself when you're available, working evenings and Saturdays. Growing and transforming are as important in my practice as problem-solving.
