I am a certified professional life coach. I hold a doctorate in psychology and am certified by the Life Coach Institute of Orange County. I specialize in assisting people in transforming their lives. I consult with my clients to identify their personal goals and relational aspirations. What's possible in life goes beyond what we have settled with by default. By altering our mindset and raising the ceiling for our success, we can transform our lives. I encourage full self-expression and relational fulfillment. I help people to remove the barriers they have and help them to have the life they want.
I assist my clients by providing a context for insight, purpose, creativity, and who they want to manage themselves as. The future is the focus and it can be either default (letting things happen without their conscious input ) or co-created by them in conjunction with others.
