I have strong background in mental health, substance abuse treatment, and physical health so I can provide a well-rounded therapeutic experience.
I utilize a number of different treatment modalities because everyone is unique in the way they learn and live. Not one treatment modality is going to work for everyone, so I've been trained in EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, Psychoanalysis, motivational interviewing and continue to expand my therapy repertoire to meet each individual's needs.
