I work with LGBTQIA+ adults navigating these challenges, helping them explore what’s underneath the patterns that keep them feeling stuck. I earned my degree from Grand Valley State University in 2002 and have been walking alongside clients on their healing journeys ever since.
My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, Gestalt therapy, and person-centered care. It's trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your lived experience. As an LGBTQIA+ aligned therapist, I offer a space where all identities are affirmed
