Hello and welcome to therapy! I am a nerdy story loving therapist who is here to help you with the problems you bring into my office. I enjoy working with teens and if you think you or your teen won't like therapy, think again! I use video games in therapy to help build rapport, get teens talking, and help build skills. I am also highly trained in working with teens with problematic sexual behaviors. As you work with me we will establish healthy boundaries with others and learn to identify thinking errors and how they affect problem solving skills.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. I am also working on my Therapeutic Game Master certification and I use gaming in session. I am trained in NOJOS treatment and work with teens with problematic sexual behaviors.
