I specialize in somatic issues via Somatic Experiencing, trauma, relationships, anxiety, and depression. I have extensive experience helping folks who are emerging from religious conditioning and exploring identity. My approach is psychodynamic, somatic, and skills-based, which means we will attend to your story, your relationships, and your body as we build new strategies and new rhythms. Understanding how your life has shaped you creates a compass and a new path for change and growth in the present.
I draw from 10 years of experience in many settings, including working with adults and couples in private practice, leading groups in psychiatric hospital, supporting families in their homes. I have advanced training in the mind-body approaches of Pain Reprocessing Therapy and Somatic Experiencing to support trauma healing and nervous system resilience.
