Want to be more authentic? As a gay man, I understand how difficult it can be to understand and feel confident in your identity. I bring that lived experience and empathy to my therapeutic work. Gender identity, sex and sexuality, relationships, body image and self-esteem, along with depression and anxiety that tangle with them, are things that I can help you work through. My goal is to help you be more kind to yourself, and to help you find your authentic self so you can live the life you want.
I offer a therapeutic relationship that is focused in building your strengths and self-esteem. By using techniques from acceptance and commitment, CBT/trauma informed, and narrative approaches, I offer a space that is free from oppressive ideologies, acceptance and open to whatever presents for you in session.
