As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am passionate about utilizing a holistic approach to assist my clients. The holistic approach allows me to use multiple theories and techniques to engage individuals in their current exploration of life. I've provided services for incarcerated men women with intellectual disabilities. I have experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-esteem, boundaries, anger management, eating disorders, grief and loss, relationship conflict, LGBTQ. Population treated are adolescents, college age, adults, military, law enforcement.
In addition to being a counselor, I have experience as a military spouse and father. In todays climate it's essential more than ever that counseling is accessible to everyone.
