Hi, I'm a clinical psychologist and have spent the last 23 years providing DBT in the Twin Cities community; first during my doctoral internship, then for 15 years at the University of Minnesota Psychiatry Department, and now in my private practice. I have been trained in multiple variations of DBT by recognized experts in DBT. I specialize in working with individuals who have a history of trauma and offer prolonged exposure as a treatment for PTSD. My training and experience has prepared me for helping individuals with a history of and/or actively struggling with suicidal thoughts and ideation.
