Like the Serenity Prayer says, we need to accept the things we cannot change, and have courage to change what we can, starting with ourselves.

I am an LCSW who's been working in the field since 2008. I received my bachelors in psychology from BYU, and then went to the University of Chicago to obtain my master's in social work. I currently work full-time as a therapist with adolescents, adults, and couples.
