During the first session, you can expect a nonjudgemental and an easy-going conversation to build up a therapeutic alliance. At the moment, I practice entirely over tele-health, giving us the flexibility to connect conveniently and safely.
I became a therapist because I wanted to help clients achieve the life skills and methods to better manage the imbalances of work and life and make meaningful changes that would improve their overall well-being.
