I am not going to bullshit you, proper therapy is hard work. The work we do together will be intense. Expectations will be set from session one about what you want to accomplish through treatment. I will hold you accountable, but in an empathetic and caring way. My patients have described me as "Invested, when I speak to Mike during sessions I can see how engaged and active he is to help me" as well as "Blunt, but compassionate. You can tell he cares and that allows him to challenge and push me to be a better version of myself". I've helped many people achieve breakthroughs; I'd love to do the same for you. This is my life's work.
