Many adults seeking ADHD or autism clarity are exhausted from years of masking, overcompensating, and being told they’re “too functional” to need support. Others have tried therapy but felt it didn’t fit how their brain works or focused more on coping than understanding. I specialize in adult ADHD and Autism assessment and therapy, with a focus on AuDHD (co-occurring ADHD and Autism), high-masking adults, and professionals seeking clarity, validation, and practical, affirming care. I also provide alcohol and drug, anger management, and court-ordered assessments.
I provide adult ADHD and Autism evaluations using the Cherry Adult ADHD–Autism Diagnostic Interview (AADI), an evidence-based, interview-based clinical assessment for adults. I do not offer traditional neuropsychological or IQ-based testing. I also provide neurodivergent-affirming therapy for ADHD, AuDHD, anxiety, burnout, trauma, and emotional regulation.
I work best with adults who feel traditional therapy or testing hasn’t fully captured their experience. Many clients are high-masking, late-identified, or burned out from years of pushing through. I offer a collaborative, respectful process focused on understanding how your brain works and what support is actually helpful.
