Common symptoms and struggles that I have training and experience in providing help: relational and familial stress, major life transitions/losses, traumatic or distressing events, depression and anxiety, or simply wanting to live better and create lasting change. My primary specialty is utilizing EMDR in the resolution of trauma and other conditions.
