I’m Michael Hope, a trauma specialist with advanced training in evidence-based trauma therapies. Trauma requires specialized treatment beyond talk-based approaches. Accelerated Resolution Therapy (an advanced form of EMDR) directly accesses and resolves trauma at its source, often producing an 80–100% reduction in distress after a single session.

My work is rooted in creating a safe, supportive environment where healing feels possible. Therapy doesn’t have to take years; I specialize in rapid, lasting healing. I guide clients through resolving life-controlling issues so they can build the hopeful future they have always deserved.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an advanced form of EMDR that helps process traumatic memories, emotions, and somatic symptoms quickly and safely. 2-hour ART intensive trauma treatments are $200 per hour - first hour typically covered by insurance - and are done virtually.
