I'm a seasoned counselor who works with adolescents, adults, and families — and I've spent my career learning to see problems in systems, not people. I'm skeptical of a mental health industry that can too often get in the way of the very clients it's meant to help. The people I work with are striving to function and thrive in a genuinely messy world, and that's exactly what I'm here to support. I have a particular passion for family systems work — navigating long-fractured attachments, shifting dynamics, and helping families find their footing as adult children move into their own lives.

My approach is eclectic — drawing from insight-oriented, cognitive-behavioral, eco-systemic, attachment-oriented, and positive developmental frameworks. But no method matters without the most important factor of all: the therapeutic relationship. That's where real change happens.

Our first sessions focus on building trust and understanding — exploring your family of origin, its dynamics, and how you tell the story of your life. Like all good work here, the problems live in context, not in you. From there, your goals will emerge and guide us forward.
