At the heart of my therapeutic approach is the belief that each person has an innate capacity for healing. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore experiences, recognize strengths, and move forward with intention. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in familiar patterns. My person-centered, trauma-informed approach integrates EMDR, meditation and mindfulness, somatic practices, psychoeducation, and Ego State work that is collaborative and gently paced, helping you to feel more resilient, connected, and aligned with your true self.
I work with adults from diverse backgrounds across gender, race, and religious identities. I have experience treating PTSD/CPTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, life transitions, aging-related concerns, and grief. I also specialize in working with men, particularly around emotional expression, relationships, work-related stress, anger, and vulnerability.
