I provide counseling for adults, couples and adolescents. I specialize in treating people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, grief and loss, OCD, relationship issues, anger and stress management, Seasonal Affective Disorder and major life transitions. My goal is to support clients in making sustainable change by increasing self awareness, self compassion, personal ownership and holistic well-being.
I've been practicing since 2007 and employ Mindfulness Training, Cognitive Therapy and a specialized form of Trauma Therapy called Brainspotting. I am certified as an ADHD Clinical Services Provider as well as a Prepare and Enrich couples counselor.
While I certainly embrace the necessity of exploring the past to support peace in the moment, I find my practice focusing more and more on increasing positive emotions in the here and now. I absolutely love being a counselor and feel so much gratitude for all of the amazing and inspiring people I have had the opportunity to work with.
