I provide unique and effective treatment for those experiencing symptoms of trauma, mental illness, substance use issues, and behavioral, emotional or relational challenges resulting from life, and all the old strategies you developed to survive it. I combine EMDR, CBT and somatic therapy to create a unique and effective therapeutic experience that is proven to improve two things: your ability to learn new things, and your ability to unlearn old things.
