Feeling anxious, stressed, or depressed? I have proven strategies to help. I collaborate with clients to make meaningful progress towards their short and long-term goals. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, academic stress, and other mental health challenges. I am also able to provide services in Farsi and have experience working with immigrant and culturally diverse populations. My goal is to help clients build resilience, improve their mental well-being, and create lasting change in their lives.
I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, while also incorporating techniques from Motivational Interviewing and Rogerian, client-centered counseling. Together, we will find unhelpful thought patterns, build effective coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.
