Therapy with me is all about your personal experience and our shared attempt to better understand that experience. My hope is for you to walk out of sessions feeling heard, enlivened and more insightful than when you walked in. I have been practicing as an LCSW for the past 6 years and much of my focus has been with adults who are dealing with depression, anxiety, life adjustments and addiction. After our first conversation we will make a plan to implement therapy in one of the following ways:
1. Goal Oriented Therapy: Focus on regular updates to progress and identification of barriers preventing movement towards goals. 2. Interpersonal Therapy: Focus on the dynamics of relationships, between yourself, friends, family members and work mates. 3. Spiritual Therapy: Focus on your relationship with God/ higher power, and ways to strengthen that bond.
