I work with individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches, including CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other integrative modalities tailored to each client’s needs. For couples, I utilize the Gottman Method as a Level IV Gottman-trained therapist to improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection.
