Clinical Social Work/Therapist, MSW, LCSW, LADC-I, CCFC
Location
I am currently accepting clients for counseling (currently virtual) with BC/BS, Harvard Pilgirim, or Tufts insurance. My specialty is helping individuals struggling with substance abuse, anxiety and depression. I understand the challenges and difficulties when it comes to altering behaviors and have extensive experience helping people change. Everyone has unique strengths and my goal is to help you feel empowered and motivated to solve the obstacles in your life. I help you develop new coping strategies to replace negative behaviors. Everyone has the ability to achieve their goals and I will help you work towards them.
My office is short walk from the Quincy T Station. I take Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and Harvard Pilgrim/Optum insurance. I work with both adults and adolescents struggling with addiction and mental health. My office hours are 9-5 but have the ability to see clients before work.
I know how difficult it can be taking the first step for counseling and offer a casual, welcoming environment. My approach is casual and meet you were you are at regarding change.
