Hello, I'm Michael. Life can be extremely difficult to navigate at times, especially when going through major life transitions. It can be frustrating and disappointing as we feel overwhelmed by such realities. It is often tempting to avoid discomfort and difficulty in the hope that things will resolve on their own. It takes courage to deal with such stressors. And when you have the proper skills and perspectives, you will feel equipped to tackle these issues with creative confidence and freedom.

I graduated from the University of Colorado with a Master's in Education with a specialty in clinical therapy. Now, as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), I have been in full-time private practice for over 20 years.
